All websites want to improve search engine ranks.  Many articles and rumors about the death of the link exchange as a viable way to improve search engine ranks has circulated around the internet.  And there is a grain of truth in it, but our site continues to offer link exchanges and we have not experienced a lowering of our rankings on our other sites.

Any webmaster or website owner interested in exchanging links with our site is encouraged to do so as long as your site would fit well into one of our links categories.  If your website does not fit neatly into one of our categories, but your site relates to ours, please suggest a new category and we will add a category if your suggested category does seem appropriate to our site.  If you would like us to create a links page for your specific region of the world, please make the request and we will typically agree to do so.  Please submit your link exchange information through our submission form below or email our webmaster@luxury-homes-condos-for-sale.com.

Our proposal is to place a link on any one of the following sites to your site in exchange for a one-way link to www.Luxury-Homes-Condos-For-Sale.com.  With this type of linking, the site linking to www.Luxury-Homes-Condos-For-Sale.com must be a relevant site and we would obviously require a close to equal Google PageRank site.

To improve search engine ranks we have only 2 requests:  please place our link information and link on a page with at least a Google PageRank=1 with no more than 50 outbound links on said page.  Obviously we will do the same. 

Our site has not been indexed by Google yet.  But we are actively pursuing link exchange partnerships with other good quality relevant websites and are confident, when indexed by Google, www.Luxury-Homes-Condos-For-Sale.com will have a decent Google PageRank.

If your site has not been indexed by Google as well, we encourage you to submit your site anyway.  If the site is of good quality and has a clear path of HTML hyper links from your home page to where our link resides on your site, we will probably exchange the link in good faith that you are actively pursuing other quality link exchange partnerships.

PLEASE NOTE: An HTML hyper link is NOT a navigation link like the links featured on the right and left side of this page, created by Microsoft Frontpage or other similar web publishing software.   Navigation links are very useful tools as you can easily add a page to your site and have every page of your site include the new page in its navigation.  Unfortunately search engines have a difficult time navigating through navigation links like these.  This is why www.Luxury-Homes-Condos-For-Sale.com created an HTML hyper link in the upper right hand corner of our home page where it reads, "Luxury Homes Condos" linked to our Site Index page.  Then our Site Index page has HTML hyper links to every page of our site, including every single links page.  Search engines, including Google will not have any problem finding every page of our site, including your link.  If your site does not have a Google PageRank, but offers a simple HTML hyper linked configuration similar to ours, we will generally exchange links with your site.
